Project Description
Part of The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum’s mission is education. Author Michael Pollan was guest speaker for the Arboretum’s symposium on “The Ethics and Aesthetics of Eating.” A direct mail piece invited guests to attend and a coordinating agenda was created for the program. The education department offered a culinary tour of local farms. A budget-conscious, 1-color rack card on craft paper was designed for the tour.
