ARKRAY’s YouChoose program site provides ideas for simple changes people living with diabetes can make to foster a healthier lifestyle. The website is a blog format built in WordPress. There are 3 different categories of information (food, exercise, and lifestyle) that feed into the home page. The site is maintained by ARKRAY.
